The updates and the new supported features in KSA Complaince application

1. Branch-Specific CRNs and Address for ZATCA Compliance

This feature enables the configuration of branch-specific Commercial Registration Numbers (CRNs) and national addresses directly within the branch setup. It ensures that issued invoices comply with ZATCA regulations by automatically including the correct CRN and national address based on the selected branch. The feature eliminates dependency on ZATCA Business Settings by integrating CRN and address fields directly into the branch.

Prerequisites

1. System Setup:

• Companies and branches must be pre-configured in the system.

2. New Dimension Record for Branch

• A new dimension record is added to the system for branches.
• The dimension is mandatory for Profit and Loss (P&L) accounts.
• The Sales Invoice and POS Profile forms display a new mandatory field for branch selection.

3. ZATCA Commercial Registration Numbers Table

• A table named ZATCA Commercial Registration Numbers is added under the branch.

• The table includes fields:

1. The company issuing the invoice.
2. The branch CRN to be included in the XML and print format.
3. The branch address to be included in the XML and the print format

Data Requirements:

• National addresses for both companies and branches must be validated and compliant with ZATCA regulations.
• Each branch must have a unique CRN if this functionality is enabled.

2. Support multiple references for the return sales invoice Add new field with type table muti select linked to sales invoice to be used as reference the invoices that will be against the created invoice.

3. The user should be able to select more than one invoice in the return against references

4. The selected invoices should be added in the in the XML as the attached file with changing the name of the ID to the selected invoice IDs regardless the invoice type which should be credit note 381
