CSR Creation Failure

Some users encountered errors during onboarding due to incorrect data entry. Below are common issues and how to avoid them:

1. Seller's Name Too Long

   • The seller's name must not exceed 127 characters. If it does, the CSR creation will fail.

2. Incorrect Address Structure

   • The address must follow specific guidelines to meet regulatory requirements. Ensure the address includes the following:
   • Title
     The name that will be sent to ZATCA as the unit name.
   • Address Line 1
     The street name or number.
   • Building Number
     Must consist of 4 digits.
   • City/Town
     The name of the city or town.
   • Area/District
     The state or district.
   • Postal Code
     Must be exactly 5 digits.
   • Reference Section
     The company name should be added here.

3. Invalid VAT Registration Number or Missing Additional ID

   • Both the VAT Registration number and at least one additional ID are mandatory. If either is missing, the CSR creation will fail.
