Responsibilities:
Assist in configuring and implementing ERPNext.
Support users and provide basic training.
Help gather and document client requirements.
Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
Participate in testing, quality checks, and documentation.
Collaborate with the technical team and stay updated on ERPNext features.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business information systems, accounting, or related fields.
0–2 years of experience (fresh grads welcome).
Strong Arabic & English communication skills.
Basic understanding of ERPNext or similar ERP systems.
Eager to learn, detail‑oriented, and a good team player.
