We’re looking for a skilled ERP Support Specialist to lead ERPNext implementation projects and deliver strategic solutions for our clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with clients, manage end-to-end projects, and mentor junior team members to ensure successful outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

1. Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
2. Strong ERPNext knowledge with 2+ years of hands-on experience.
3. Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
4. Proven track record in ERPNext implementation and support.
5. Ability to analyze and map business processes effectively.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
8. Technical skills in Python, JavaScript, MariaDB, and the Frappe Framework are a plus.
9. Knowledge of API integrations and third-party applications is a plus.
