As a Senior ERP Consultant, you will lead end-to-end ERPNext implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, design tailored solutions, and provide expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead ERPNext implementation projects from discovery to go-live and post-implementation support.
2. Analyze client requirements and map them to ERPNext functionalities.
3. Configure, customize, and integrate ERPNext modules (Finance, HR, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, etc.).
4. Oversee data migration, validation, and system testing.
5. Provide user training and create detailed documentation.
6. Collaborate with technical teams for custom development and integrations.
7. Ensure compliance with best practices and project management standards.
8. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
2. Experience: 5+ years in ERP consulting, with at least 3 years in ERPNext or Frappe framework.
3. Proven track record of leading full-cycle ERP implementations.
4. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ERPNext modules and Frappe framework.
5. Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus.
6. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
