About the Role:

LavaLoon is seeking a Senior ERP Consultant to spearhead ERPNext implementation projects and provide strategic solutions to our clients. You will work closely with clients, manage projects, and mentor junior team members.


Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of ERPNext solutions tailored to client needs.
  2. Conduct detailed business process analysis and provide expert recommendations.
  3. Deliver comprehensive training and support to end-users.
  4. Collaborate with clients to gather and document complex requirements.
  5. Manage project documentation independently.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex ERPNext issues.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, supply chain, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and operation of the ERP system.
  8. Oversee data migration from legacy systems to ERPNext, ensuring data integrity.
  9. Ensure compliance with data security policies and industry standards.
  10. Continuously optimize system performance and provide technical support.
  11. Participate in testing new features and updates to ensure they meet client requirements and quality standards.
  12. Contribute to creating user manuals and other documentation to support end-users.
  13. Mentor and guide junior consultants.


Requirements:

  1. Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  2. Strong knowledge of ERPNext with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience.
  3. Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
  4. Proven track record in ERPNext implementation and support.
  5. Ability to analyze and map business processes effectively.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  7. Project management experience and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  8. Technical skills in Python, JavaScript, MariaDB, and the Frappe Framework are a plus.
  9. Knowledge of API integrations and third-party applications is a plus.
