About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO and management team at LavaLoon. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative and executive support tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  2. Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the CEO.
  3. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents.
  5. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  6. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
  7. Support with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  2. 2-4 years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  3. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written & spoken).
  4. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
  6. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
