We seek a highly organized and proactive CEO Personal Assistant to streamline the daily work activities. This role is crucial in ensuring that our CEO can focus on high-level strategy while you manage the finer details of scheduling, communication, and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
Communication Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Meeting & Event Preparation: Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including agenda preparation, material distribution, and follow-ups.
Travel Arrangements: Plan and manage domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Administrative Support: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents; handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
Experience: Prior experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, ideally supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; capable of interacting professionally with diverse stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, To-Do List) and other productivity tools.
Discretion: High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Adaptability: Ability to manage shifting priorities, and solve problems proactively.
