Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain Frappe applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
3. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
4. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
5. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance as needed.
6. Updated with the latest technologies and best practices in Frappe development.
7. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications

1. Proficient in Frappe/ERPNext framework and Python programming language
2. Experience in customizing and extending Frappe/ERPNext applications, with a strong portfolio of past projects.
3. Proficient in Frappe development with a minimum of 1 year of experience
4. Strong knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
5. Experience with database management systems, particularly MariaDB or MySQL.
6. Experience with version control systems such as Git.
7. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
8. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
9. Good communication and collaboration skills
10. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
