ERP Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:

- Implement and configure ERPNext solutions to meet client requirements.

- Conduct business process analysis and provide recommendations for improvements.

- Provide training and support to end-users on ERPNext functionalities.

- Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements.

- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERPNext implementations.

- Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless integration of ERPNext with other systems.

- Stay updated with the latest ERPNext features and best practices.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.

- Strong knowledge of ERPNext or similar ERP systems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven experience in ERP implementation and support.

- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into ERP solutions.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
